Nutrient Rich Volcanic Soil

This memorable espresso contains 100% Fair Trade Arabica beans grown in the volcanic soil of the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. Tarrazú is a canton, or county, of the San Jose province and receives its unique name from the Huetar Indigenous people. A fortuitous combination of optimal climate conditions and volcanic soil allow this blend to develop its elegant body and fruity aromatic acid. The rich yet smooth flavor these beans produces is a unique espresso experience.

Nespresso®* Compatible ‘Single-Origin' Coffee Capsules

Our Tarrazu Forte single-origin coffee capsules are available from Gourmesso for only $0.45 per capsule, a 30% savings compared to Nespresso®* coffee capsules. This blend is especially aromatic and, thanks to the special roasting process, is spicy espresso that is still smooth enough to enjoy at a ristretto or espresso pull.
