The Harvesting and Roasting Process
Our coffee beans are sourced from Fairtrade Certified small coffee farms in Central America. The beans undergo a slow roasting process to bring out their strong and charismatic flavor notes and ensure an exquisite crema. After this, the beans are finely ground to the approximate espresso grade.
Aroma and Flavor Notes
The mild aromatic profile of the coffee beans selected from this region include subtle cereal and caramel flavors. There is a honey development as the cup cools down. The espresso finishes with earthy undertones. Due to the roasting process, as well as the choice of coffee beans, this blend has a light acidity that is not too powerful but adds a balance to the overall espresso. With its subtle tone of cereal and malt, and it’s lightly acidity, the SFCC House Blend Espresso is a bold espresso with a smooth finish. All at a price that’s 30% less than Nespresso®*.
