If there's one common truth among coffee lovers, it's that every coffee lover drinks coffee for different reasons. Some savor its deep and rich flavor while others drink this magic brew solely for its caffeine. And then you have everyone in between. No matter your reasons for drinking coffee, we can all agree that we're always looking for more convenient ways to satisfy our coffee fixes. But how many coffee lovers have actually considered eating their coffee, instead of drinking it? Some coffee lovers may consider the thought of edible coffee as sacrilegious to the traditions of coffee's storied history. But one company called Eat Your Coffee, clearly believes eating your coffee is not only a viable but highly enjoyable option for coffee lovers on the go. The name of this company alone intrigued us, and so we reached out to them. They were generous enough to send us their products in exchange for the following unbiased Eat Your Coffee review.

Eat Your Coffee Review – by The Coffee Forrest
For the most part, I was very impressed with Eat Your Coffee bars. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first because I thought they might taste like cheap coffee, but that was not the case at all. The flavors and consistency of the bars actually tasted very natural, and it's evident Eat Your Coffee uses quality ingredients. It's one of those examples where you can “taste quality”. Like many coffee lovers out there, sometimes I don’t have the time to make coffee in the mornings. I would recommend these coffee bars to anyone who wants a quick and filling snack packed with fiber, real coffee, and other real ingredients. Speaking of key ingredients, let's not forget the caffeine. Every bar contains about 80 MG of caffeine, which is a great amount if you are a little caffeine-sensitive like me. Most caffeine gives me jitters in the mornings if taken on an empty stomach, but that was not the case with these bars at all. They were better than I had imagined and delivered the clean boost of energy that many people seek from a cup of Joe.
Several things really impressed me about these coffee bars. First, off the Eat Your Coffee did a great job with the packaging. It looked very presentable and professional, and the box was so well-packed that there were no damaged or opened coffee bars. Within the package were some fun stickers that are actually pretty great (see image below). I'll be putting them to use soon.
I was expecting the bars to be dry like most bars I've tasted, but these had a a perfect consistency. I enjoyed every flavor of the full-sized bars, especially the peanut butter one, which contained tasty bites of creamy peanut butter. Overall, all three flavors were great.
In full transparency, I would have to say I wasn't a huge fan of the taste of the smaller coffee bites which come in pumpkin spice and cocoa espresso flavors. That may ultimately end up being a matter of preference. With that being said, I still thought they were great because of their healthy and energy-giving ingredients.
In concluding this Eat Your Coffee review, I can say that I really enjoyed these quality edible coffee bars. They make for a great-tasting and convenient caffeinated treat that I think coffee lovers of all types will appreciate.
